Daily Rates

Rates are based on double occupancy and include Utilities, and Basic WIFI. Additional people over the age of 5 are $3.00 per night.
Tax & Card fee added to applicable rates upon arrival.
We have a NO REFUNDS policy on all stays, including Monthly’s.

✦ We accommodate Van-dwellers at the same rates and offer specials for Monthly Guests, call for details!

Cancellations & Refunds

To keep things simple, we do not take a reservation deposit for Daily & Weekly guests. We do ask that our Patrons please advise us by calling in, or texting, as soon as your plans change so that we may accommodate others.
